iPads can be used to support learning in so many ways! Applications such as 'Dragon Speak' and 'Read and Write' are a few simple ways that students can improve their reading and writing. In my class we have one iPad that I bought with my own money, and this iPad gets used every day! Students record each other reading and we share this reading with parents via the Seesaw application. The students and parents can see their growth! The majority of my students do not have computers or iPads at home, so my classroom is one of the few places they get experience with technology.
