Students love beanbag chairs. I want to create the perfect calming environment for my students. A place where we can practice calming techniques such as breathing and mediation. A calming area is a quiet and comfortable place where students can sit down, engage their mind and gain their composure. I find bean bags work perfectly for calm down corner or groups because they have a plush hugging sensation that cradles children while making them feel secure. I want my office to be a place where kids can't wait to come to group sessions or individual counseling. Practicing mindfulness activities not only creates a more peaceful quiet environment but helps create peace within. These three beanbag chairs would make a great addition to my office.
