Students in our classroom receive some instruction as a read aloud. Many of our students receive special education services and these headphones will help them to receive the accommodations that they need. We are fortunate to have iPads for every student in our classroom and through the use of headphones everyone can have a read aloud option to the various Apps that we use here in our room. These such Apps allow for all students to not only be read to when the teachers are working with small groups, but also to build and encourage their reading skills confidence to grow.
