My students are blessed to have computers checked out to them by our school. My students use their computers nearly every day in my special education classroom to complete quizzes and tests. Unfortunately, we sometimes have computers that will not work when we need them to or are in the repair shop getting fixed. When a student's computer is not working or in the shop, the student gets behind in their work. Having an extra laptop on hand for students to use when their computer is unavailable will allow my students to participate in class and finish class work when they otherwise would not be able to. I know having this extra laptop in my classroom will benefit my students and keep the class flowing smoothly.
