Having a set of 6 iPad Air's will open up a window of learning opportunities for my students! With the new 21st Century Skill expectations, teachers are encouraged to provide meaningful ways for children to learn and what better way to do that than to tap into their growing interest of technology? With a consistent access to the internet, students will be motivated to use the wide array of educational resources available to them- most of which they are not able to access at home. These resources include access to digital libraries for reading, games, opportunities for collaborative learning, research materials, math fluency practice, typing and much more! This will aid in not only developing fluent readers, but also better problem solvers who are familiar with the ever growing technological expectations. It will also allow a platform for me tailor to their strengths and hone in on their weaknesses using instant feedback and data collection.
