For my students, there are many types of materials they need to become successful throughout their learning journey. For instance, my learners love to use manipulates during Math such as dry erase markers with erasers. This allows them to become accountable for their learning and engaged in their lessons. Next, during Reading time my students will benefit with the use of reading cubes to use during whole group and workstations/centers to think more conceptual in comprehension and understanding. Also, during this time they work with their peers doing exciting activities on the floor which require the use of carpet squares. Furthermore, my students also need a chance to be creative in the classroom. This is why construction paper, markers, scissors with a caddy holder for organization, and rulers are important. In addition, every child deserves these crucial basic essentials to continue with their education. These materials include pencils and erasers for writing and wanting to self correct mistakes. Moreover, by donating to my students you will allow them a greater chance to enhance their learning capabilities in their academics, behavior, and focus in the classroom.This will forever change the way my learners want to learn and create because of your generosity. When children are empowered with the basic tools they need in a classroom, they will always be engaged and accountable for their own learning journey. My students have a desire to learn, however, resources are lacking for academic growth. As their teacher I never want to see their light dimmed due to the lack of needs. This is why the required materials are needed to complete the project to empower young minds.
