For my students, having access to chrome books in our classroom is a game changer. The possibilities are endless. Students with ASD are unique learners and communicators. Access to technology allows them to acquire learning in a different format, as well as practice an apply real-world skills that they will need in the future. Having a variety of instructional approaches, assessment options, and resources is highly beneficial for my individualized learners. Our district has switched to Google, and our middle schools are increasingly using Google in our classrooms. My students need to become proficient in using Google in the classroom.
