The Importance of correct equipment is essential in teaching. Some of our students have never had the opportunity to use/try equipment that is not tattered, ripped or in a constant state of needing to be pumped up. I chose Dicks SG because of the quality and I have had personal experience with this vendor. My role as a high school coach also gives me knowledge and reasoning as to why proper equipment is key when introducing new activities. PE class budgets are literally non-existent and though webpages like donorschoose.org. If the request cannot be fulfilled we are so willing to take gently used equipment.
