My students need a listening center in our classroom so they can listen to their favorite books on tape. This comfy corner listening center and headphones will allow for our preschool students to listen to stories on CD which is a critical component in developing their comprehension skills. Our students tend to be more engaged and on task when they have the opportunity to choose their own story. Listening is a very important part of learning. Being able to have a comfortable area to enjoy their favorite stories will enhance their listening and comprehension skills. Having a quiet environment to listen to favorite stories will greatly benefit our students' learning.
