As it stands, we have a mix of different kind of drums-all different shapes, sizes, and quality. Unfortunately, I don't have enough drums for all students to play together without taking turns. While we've made it work, by alternating instruments, having a class set of drums would make a great difference both in the enjoyment for the students during class, as well as our being able to move along together, instead of having to take extra time to give all students a chance to play since not all had access to the instruments at the same time. The djembe drums I've requested are shiny, brightly colored, and wonderful quality. This will help to keep everyone engaged and no one will feel left out having to wait their turn.
