To assist my students of varying level, these games will support their learning needs while having fun! Before heading to junior high, it is essential for students to feel confident in their learning abilities. While at a critical age, my 6th graders are still in need of support without feeling like they are being labeled. Engaging in games such as these in my project will support their various levels of learning, but in a safe way. Having fun and adding some competition will engage them in learning, yet will address critical gaps in their foundational skills. As a new teacher to sixth grade, I’ve lost these resources that I previously shared with others at my old school. I wish to bring these amazing games to my new school and classroom.
