The weighted vest and adjustable ankle weights will be used to benefit students with added weight while using the weight room for their specific sport throughout the school year. I am requesting two Powerline power racks that will help students gain an understanding of how to perform lifts using proper techniques. These power racks can be used to help students build muscles throughout the entire body through various lifts and exercises, such as pull-ups, bench press, and squats. This equipment will be used by multiple coaches for many different students throughout the school year to help their athletes with their specific sport.
