These books and iPad will help my students who are struggling readers. I have many students who are still learning English, along with many students who are far below reading level. They are more successful with visual aides. Having graphic novels will help my ENL students grasp and comprehend what they are reading. The iPad will be used to help students translate into their native languages, as well as allowing my students to integrate technology into what they are learning. Incorporating an iPad will also help struggling readers to master difficult strategies taught in class and use online reading programs.
