The students in the classes are creative, talented, and eager at being a part of a learning community. By the number of hands that shoot up when they want to share their work I am eager to be sure all of their voices are heard. I can see in their eyes the fun they have when they know they have a good idea which generates discussion among all class members. This is the type of community I wish to foster.
