My students need tablets that will allow them to work on animation and writing projects. Tablets are powerful and versatile tools with a multitude of educational applications that can be used both individually and in small groups. Its small size makes it easy to carry and move around and its touch screen is easier for small hands to manipulate than a computer mouse. Coding apps like Scratch Jr., writing and speaking apps like Draw & Tell and Puppet Pals, and animation apps like Zing! and Lego Stop Motion Animation are only available on tablets. These app are not only educational but fun.
