My students need my guidance available to them outside of school. For many students, they are unable to continue working on their work at home because it is too difficult for them to maneuver alone and online guidance is not available as they are not connected. With many of the new additions and teaching ideas available, I can model solutions, send classroom information and instruction home and they can use my work at home to help guide them, and best of all, no internet is needed. In working with the Michigan Merit Curriculum and SAT preparation, my students can use this information as needed. Being able to utilize new products will allow me to reach many students, in many subjects, including those who I work with in my Academic Support Classes. Continual practice, exposure and modeling will help ensure their success in otherwise difficult subjects.
