My students are excited to learn, but it can be difficult for them to remain focused for long periods of time. There is very little opportunity for physical activity during the day. Young students often have trouble keeping their bodies calm during lessons. Flexible seating options, such as Kore Wobble Chairs, will enable my students to move their bodies while remaining focused on their work. Research has shown that movement breaks throughout the day increases brain activity and overall academic achievement. Flexible seating allows students the opportunity to move about the classroom, choosing seating options that work best for them. It also encourages collaboration and strengthens the classroom community. The donation of these seating options will help my students remain engaged in their learning. Happy, focused students have more stamina to achieve their goals!
