These materials will provide my students with a hands-on meaningful experience that will help reinforce things that we have been learning all year such as the life cycle of different organisms as well as where food comes from. They will be so excited to see a duck hatch and will also learn to care for an animal once it does hatch. It will teach them important life skills that they will be able to use in the future and teach them the benefits of farming and raising poultry if they choose to do so in the future. They would enjoy this project so much.
