I am a speech language pathologist working with the preschool population at Gates Lane School in Worcester, Ma. I work in a substantially separate preschool classrom designed to meet the needs of students with a diagnosis of Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) or with significant cognitive and communication disabilities that impact their ability to access the preschool curriculum. This is a half day program, with two sessions attending each day. All of our children have significant language needs and work best with hands on materials that engage all sensory modalities.
