Huckleberry is a certified Therapy Dog who comes into my school to help out our struggling readers. We are asking for donations to help our lovable hound. Huckleberry is in need of a comfortable place while he is working, and a harness for walking through halls filled with almost 1,500 middle school students. Close to 1/3 of our students are Gifted/ Talented in an economically disadvantaged neighborhood hit hard by Hurricane Harvey. We do also have a considerable number of children coming into 6th grade who struggle to read, and they practice with Huckleberry. Can you please help out Huckleberry?
