These are Kindergarten students who will loop with me to first grade. They attend an early childhood center for 300 pre-K through first grade students, where approximately 52% of children live in poverty. My students enjoy infusing creativity with learning, even building a model of a hot air balloon out of a box and an umbrella in science, and designing and sewing their own dress up clothes for our classroom in math.

About my class
