I chose resources that will create an inviting area for my young readers. The bookshelf serves as a storage unit and a dedicated area for reading comfortably. The classroom rug will be a welcoming meeting place where students can come together to listen to a story or be instructed in a group setting. Reading is the cornerstone for success in all subjects. Many of my students come to fourth grade as reluctant readers. My goal is to awaken a love of reading that will open the door for a lifetime of learning. With your help, we can expose them to a world of knowledge!
