This Total Gym will provide the necessary equipment to foster the development of fitness routines and practices! This Total Gym will make a difference by allowing students to learn Pilates routines, to row and to do proper pull-ups and push-ups during inclement weather. I know exactly where we will use this Total Gym and how it will be used when students are confined to the classroom during inclement weather. Studies have shown that physical fitness or activity could impact academic performance and enhance the student's level of concentration in the classroom. This equipment will also provide the opportunity for activities that encourage peer cooperation, curriculum integration and fitness techniques. Students will use the equipment to think scientifically, using the incline system in the Total Gym. They ill learn to work together to solve problems using the pulley and rope systems within the Total Gym.
