For this project I choose items for the classroom that are needed. The speaker will help when watching Students CNN news and behavior/inspirational videos. As a class we watch math videos on solving equations and slope intercept. During class time to keep my students active I allow music. If they do not have headphones they can not play their music. The music helps the students focus, especially when they have papers and packets to complete. The headphones usually help the students stay at their desk instead of interacting with their classmate. My students have already started reading Slam by Walter Dean Myers and they enjoy the book. And the author has a way of reaching out to the readers. This is the reason for headphones, speakers, and a set of books.
