One thing my students struggle with is its easy to come to class and work hard, but they feel like cast outs because they All dont have uniforms. Each student should look and feel like a chef with a chef coat. Its a competitive world having a uniform helps to level the playing field. Having them look like chefs will help them be a chef more focus, learning is not just about what you know, its feeling and being the part as well. The joy of having a coat to wear at competition will give them confidence that they deserve.
