The students in my class are involved in a French Immersion program. They love learning and learn quickly. To keep students engaged and motivated in their learning, I would like to provide them with critical thinking activities. By using STEM kits and self correcting materials, my students will be challenged to think critically. These materials will be available for my students when they are finished with their work and need a challenge. Critical thinking skills are an invaluable part of a students education and I hope to provide a variety of resources, like the Fairy Tales problem solving STEM kits, to help students build and develop those skills. Using the Versatiles in small groups will help my students be able to think critically about a problem and have immediate feedback. I will use the STEM games as activities when they have completed their work and need an additional challenge.
