Music class is a place where students refresh, connect, and play in a safe and structured environment. This rug will make a huge difference with transitions, classroom organization, and safety. Currently, my classroom has tables for group work and learning activities, as well as a large tile floor space for musical play and games. We need a rug in my classroom to provide a comfortable and organized space to commune and play together. The squares and colors on the rug will provide a clear way for students to identify their own space and the carpet will provide comfort as well as noise reduction for loud music activities.
