My students are hard workers and never want to give up. Our school is economically, socially, and ethnically diverse. We have over 90% of our students receiving free/reduced lunch. In my classroom, I have 23 students from all over the world. 5 different languages are spoken by my students and for many of them English is not their first language. They enjoy math and writing, but they especially love reading. Many of them have struggled hard to make it to 4th grade and I want them to have as much as they can.
