By adding a green screen to our makerspace, our McGlone Mini-Makers will be able to transport themselves right into their learning. Imagine! STEM, language arts, history, performance art, and even physical education. Projects created in the Green Screen area can be used to enhance their learning across the curriculum. Green screens are an exciting way to make learning visible and the possibilities are endless! Our mini-makers will be embedded right into their work. . . they can transported back in time, or anywhere on earth or in space. They can become a weather presenter, news reporter, or create a music video. They can become a character in a book and bring their reading to life. This kit would be an invaluable resource for our mini-makers, as these projects will enhance their learning as well as help to develop their 21st century learning skills: Collaboration and teamwork, creativity and imagination, critical thinking, and problem solving.
