It is tough to keep students motivated and engaged when using reading textbooks. Students can lose interest and view reading as a chore. We are excited to try a new reading program and breathe new life into our classroom reading instruction. We will be using picture books with engaging text that make the story come alive, while increasing the rigor in the class and learning all the necessary reading skills! These books bring a depth to our reading instruction that will light the love of reading for each student that will last a lifetime! Our goal is to teach the reading skills and foster the love of reading. Students will gain a deeper understanding of the skills as we make learning fun and interesting!
