My kids are awesome! Our school population is very diverse, with a high number of English Language Learners. With a 73% free or reduced lunch rate, we serve primarily low-income families. Many of my children face great challenges of many kinds in their lives, but they love coming to school, and they work hard to achieve. I work to help them become a learning community where they are challenged to push themselves, to never give up, and to practice kindness and empathy so that they can become capable and responsible citizens.
