The band program at my school has grown exponentially since I started here 2 years ago. Just 14 students participated at the end of my first year, now we have over 60 that performed at our most recent concert. Next school year it is projected that we will have 100 enrolled in the band classes! With our total school enrollment of 700 students that puts us well over the average 10% that most bands strive for. Simply put, our band is outgrowing the amount of equipment we have! My goal is that I don't have to turn a student away simply because they are unable to afford the costs associated with playing band. It's fantastic to have so many students inspired to participate band, please help us keep the momentum going!
