I'm looking to provide cameras for my journalism students as they don't have access to any cameras but the ones that they have on their phones. Many of my students don't have phones though, so they often share or some students are left with the bulk of taking pictures. By providing cameras to my students, they will be able to take better pictures for the school yearbook, which is a year-long project as well as participate in more photo projects. It would also give students that haven't had many experiences with real cameras an opportunity to become familiar with the equipment. Our hope is to provide the best yearbook possible, which is why we are hoping to obtain the necessary equipment.
