Having this equipment will allow me to help my girls with practicing the skills and techniques of the growing sport of lacrosse. Other sports like volleyball, basketball, and softball are the sports that are more traditional that many of them already know and have played. However, the sport of lacrosse is one of those sports that many are not familiar with, however, having this equipment will allow me to provide my girls with the basic fundamentals of lacrosse. Not many high schools offer girls lacrosse as a sport, because of the lack of interest. As they learn the fundamentals, they will become more confident within the sport. The confidence level will then lead to them playing the sport more and loving the sport more. Which will in turn allow more high schools to offer lacrosse, due to the growing interest and need.
