The students are one-to-one with Chromebooks provided by our district during their four years of high school. Since Social Science is a four-year requirement in our district, the students need to print up reports, responses to prompts when practicing AP tests, responses to primary source documents, and responses to FRQ's and DBQ's on a daily basis. In addition, we are a Title I school (in a Title I school district) with a diverse student body with over 70% receiving free and reduced price lunch, so the availability is limited for the students to print up these papers at home. This is why I am requesting printers. We also are collaborating with our English Department in practicing writing for the Smarter Balance Testing that all of our students are expected to take. Thank you for your support in helping me teach the youth of America "one student at a time."
