Reading is a magical experience that every child should be able to encounter. By incorporating a large and diverse classroom library, we are enabling our students to be to find a love for reading while becoming leaders in their educational experiences. "Words are, in my not-so-humble opinion, an inexhaustible source of magic." -J.K. Rowling. By having a class set of specific books as well as other diverse reading series, I am introducing my students to the various worlds that are available to them through literature. These books will also help to inspire students to become lifelong readers and take the reins of their educational future. We need friends to help us become the leaders we are meant to be through this project.
