Families in our community have been hit hard by the pandemic. I would like students to be able to express their feelings and thoughts through art, but most students don't have any art supplies at home. As we explore our identities and celebrate what makes each student unique and special, students will be able to paint a self-portrait. The art supplies will also be used for our Social Studies and Social Emotional Learning lessons. Students will be able to represent what we are learning about Ancient Greek Civilization, Greek Myths and the Life Cycle of animals through painting and sculpting. The games and books will offer great opportunities for fun and learning that is not on a device.

About my class
