These material will help students learn coping skills and how to relax in any situation. Learning meditation techniques is a life skill that student will use for many years to come. We are dealing with some very stressful times. Students will be able to use these learned techniques at school and at home. The techniques will be learned during our group counseling sessions at school. Once the students have learned the techniques, they will be able to teach other students and family members the techniques. The student will become a teacher/coach for others.
