The Dell Laptop Computer would allow teacher and students to utilize the interactive Promethean Board and websites the way it is intended. At this time we have a brand new Promethean board connected to a 6 year old, very slow desktop. In order to unleash the full potential of the Promethean Board, it's programs, activities and interactive projects that will capture the students' attention and make learning fun, this laptop is needed! Students will greatly benefit from having a laptop in the classroom in order to become more actively engaged in lessons. Not only will the laptop be used to enhance teaching, but also for the students to use. By donating to this project, you are providing my students with the opportunity to access faster learning, interactive lessons and hands-on technology! What good is a superhero without a trusty sidekick?! We have the superhero...now we need the sidekick. The possibilities for learning and innovation are endless with a laptop computer!
