For students who struggle in reading and math, learning though technology provides access to the content in a different way. Learning, using technology, provides both excitement and engagement that brings learning in first grade to a new level! Chromebooks for my first grade classroom will increase access to technology for all students, creating a more equitable learning environment for all. I am also very excited about the many new ways that our classroom will be able to approach and learn the new NGSS science curriculum. Our updated curriculum now includes a technology teaching component that Chromebooks will allow us to access. Interactive readings and experiments will help to excite our young budding scientists!
