We are asking for new textbooks for our students since the ones we are using are outdated. The vocabulary in the outdated books does not allow for our students to create meaningful connections to the language and culture. The new textbook would allow for our students to get a more authentic depiction of the Italian language and culture. With this book we would be able to use it for three levels of Italian. This would allow for more consistency in our program since we are using three different books across four levels. In the new book, the grammar is presented in a more realistic setting on how and when to use it.
