My students need high-quality age-appropriate dictionaries to help them with word recognition and comprehension. Many of them need to gain experience with alphabetization, parts of speech, spelling, pronunciation, and all of the other fabulous skills that working with a dictionary provides. The dictionaries would be used in individual, whole-group, and tutorial activities. Your generous donation to our classroom will improve our students' chances at true literacy and help them to become stronger readers and writers. They will feel more certainty and success when they can consult an informative and trustworthy reference source available to them right in their own classroom!
