My hope is that each student will be able to receive their own resistance band, so that I am able to teach them various fitness exercises. These bands will allow me to vary fitness instruction from those typical bodyweight exercises that they are currently learning. These resistance bands will allow me to further my students' fitness levels especially in a remote learning setting, while students apply basic anatomy and physiology concepts too. As I do currently, I will guide students through a live Google Meet fitness workout with the use of these individualized resistance bands.
