Students can use these materials to complete math tasks including numbers and operations, algebra, and geometry based classwork, homework as well as projects. For example, while working on practicing computation students can use the dry-erase markers to demonstrate technique to create a better understanding of how to illustrate their problems, showing steps to their solution. The paper, markers, and pencils will be used to work on reading and writing tasks that assist struggling students with comprehension by allowing them to provide visual representations of characters and their development across the text. These materials will allow students to focus on the tasks at hand rather than worry about those small (but significant items) that allow them to organize their daily assignments, complete projects and work towards their success.
