I try to provide an environment that allows a lot of movement, but when you are six or seven it is sometimes hard to sit still. Some students like to lean back or tip in their chairs. This will also help with this problem. My students need to wobble stools to get their wiggles out. This will help them stay on task and be better listeners, so they can complete their activities. We have a lot to learn in first grade! The wobble stools will help students move and give them the opportunity to learn in a way that fits their needs best.
