This project will allow me to put a greater selection of books in the hands of my students to continue to motivate and increase their enjoyment of reading. Helping students to find books that are of interest to them is critical in getting students to read and develop that love of reading. Reading is the most critical skill for predicting student success and the opportunity to put more books in the hands of my students is very exciting for me. My students love working together and really enjoy hands-on learning activities. The math manipulatives will truly allow for them to interact in a much more tangible way as they work through learning new math concepts.

About my class
