My students would benefit immensely from these basic schools supplies such as notebooks, folders, pencils, and markers. The school I work at is in an urban neighborhood with high levels of poverty, and I don't wish to depend upon struggling families and parents to provide basic school supplies. But, we want our students to receive all of the opportunities possible, especially in their early years of education. These notebooks and folders will allow my students to stay organized with their work. It will teach them a sense of independence as they will be expected to keep all their materials in a specific folder. I hope you will support my project and help me provide basic school supplies for students who deserve it.
