As a school librarian, my goal is to create life-long learners as well as life-long readers. Our students face many challenges in their home life and many struggle with the basic necessities of life. As an educator, I want to inspire students to rise above their circumstances and become leaders and innovators in our community and beyond. Our students will have the opportunity to become problem solvers and inventors with access to a 3D printer. Please help us give our students the chance to use technology and their ingenuity to engage them in a brighter future. By collaborating with science and other content area classes, students will have the chance to demonstrate their problem solving and critical thinking skills in our library by creating 3D models. These experiences will be designed to inspire students to become life long learners, and to think differently about what is possible for their futures.
