The Speed Stackable Cups would allow my students to improve on fine motor skills and hand eye coordination within limited space. Hand-eye coordination is the ability to track the movements of the hands with the eyes, thus enabling the eyes to send important signals to the brain about hand movement. Incorporating activities that focus on hand-eye coordination can greatly improve everyday tasks such as writing. Space is a huge factor within our building. Our school shares facilities (ex. gymnasium) with another school so many of my Physical Education classes are conducted in small spaces. Each class holds thirty to thirty five students which causes difficulty when it comes to planning. The materials will allow my students to take advantage of the space they are given, while promoting physical activity and most importantly being physically safe.
