My students are unique. Students with sensory/attention issues, hyperactivity, and hypo-sensitivity (seeking stimulation) can make teaching challenging when the students are physically uncomfortable. Sitting on these bean bags or wobble cushions will help center the students and provide the stimulation they need to focus on what we are learning. These two new options for flexible seating will provide the students with more Student Choice to explore how they are able to learn best- and they will love it! They will be so happy to receive this as a gift from our donors to sit in for discussions, independent reading time and even when they play and learn valuable social skills interacting with one another.
